New white paper on employee engagement.

On November 12th, 2009 we are trying something new in the world of benchmarking employee engagement. If interested in learning about a real-time survey initiative, click here. This work (there is a fee for being involved as it is self funded) grew out of Dr. Welbourne's research in evolving the employee survey process and the benchmarking that goes with it (toward a faster process more fit for high change environments). We can accommodate teams as small as 5 people up through large, complex global organizations with multiple languages. Also, if you can bring in a group of organizations or teams, you can have access to the results for your own subgroup compared to the overall benchmarks.

The latest leadership pulse report is available at www.leadershippulse.com; the title is "Hope and Humility out of Crisis."
